We build brands PEOPLE want to be part of, then put a great drink inside them.
Modern beverages for modern drinkers.
The New Beverage Group is a platform built to develop, launch and scale a portfolio of modern alcoholic drinks, designed for people who still want to enjoy a drink but want it to feel like it fits how they actually live.

the market shift
Alcohol consumers are changing faster than the industry around them. Image, wellness, performance and identity now shape purchase decisions as much as taste and occasion do. That shift is still early, and still underserved.
This isn't really a story about people drinking less. It's a story about people drinking with more intention, fewer, better choices over volume. The brands that win from here won't be the ones with the biggest portfolios or the loudest marketing. They'll be the ones people actually have a reason to choose.

Where we're headed
PB is where the model starts. The same thinking extends into vodka, gin and tequila style RTDs, wherever the gap between what exists and what modern drinkers want shows up next.
Live now.
The proof of concept.
Full strength, brewed with protein, built for a drinker who wants both.
In development.
Same belief, a different occasion. A cleaner take on the pre-mix, built the TNBG way, brand first.
In development.
The next category, not the last. Same thinking, applied to a different drinker and a different night.

THE MODEL
TNBG runs a brand-led, capital-light model. Contract manufacturing and production partners bring products to market, so internal focus stays on concept, brand building, route to market and channel growth. Enterprise value comes from brand ownership and distribution, not factories. That's what makes the model repeatable, and what makes the portfolio the opportunity, not just PB
MEET THE LEADERSHIP TEAM

Anthony McDonough - Co-Founder & CEO
Anthony McDonough brings more than 25 years of senior international business, marketing and consumer-brand leadership to TNBG. His corporate career has included General Motors, Fitness First and SCA, where he worked across major global FMCG brands including Libra, Libresse, Sorbent, Zewa and Libero. Anthony led marketing and operational divisions across Europe, with responsibility spanning businesses generating more than US$2 billion in revenue. His original training in organic chemistry provides an additional technical foundation for product development and innovation. Anthony subsequently applied that multinational experience as a repeat entrepreneur. Together with Christopher Glebatsas, he co-founded Lqd, growing the Australian men’s skincare business into major international retailers including Sephora, Harrods, Bloomingdale’s and David Jones. The pair later launched Unlabelled, which rapidly secured national distribution through Chemist Warehouse and Coles. As Co-Founder and CEO of TNBG, Anthony leads corporate and portfolio strategy, product innovation, brand development and consumer growth. His ability to combine multinational systems and strategic discipline with founder-led creativity and speed is central to TNBG’s ambition to build globally relevant beverage brands.

Christopher Glebatsas - Co-Founder & COO
Christopher Glebatsas brings a 15-year international career in finance, commercial management and operations, with experience leading teams and businesses across Europe, Asia, North America and Australia. His corporate background includes Deutsche Bank in London and Investec in Australia, together with broader experience spanning finance, retail, FMCG, technology and e-commerce. As an entrepreneur, Christopher co-founded and scaled Lqd and Unlabelled alongside Anthony McDonough. He has managed the operational infrastructure behind their ventures—including financial management, investment funding, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, legal compliance, sales and international distribution. This included securing $7.5 million in growth funding and building the operational capability required to supply major Australian and international retailers. As Co-Founder and COO of TNBG, Christopher leads the company’s commercial and operating model, supply-chain partnerships, financial execution and route-to-market strategy. His combination of institutional financial experience and hands-on entrepreneurial execution ensures TNBG can pursue rapid growth without sacrificing commercial discipline, governance or scalability.

Nicola Foster - Creative Director
Nicola Foster is an internationally recognised creative leader whose career spans some of the world's most respected advertising agencies, including McCann, DDB, Ogilvy and Cummins & Partners across Australia and London, developing campaigns for global and Australian brands including BMW, L'Oréal, Beck's Bier, Telstra, McDonald's and Westpac. Nicola later moved client-side as Creative Director for ASX-listed Kathmandu, where she built and led an in-house agency dedicated to strengthening the brand from within. That work helped return the business to profit for three consecutive years and played a key role in defending Kathmandu against a hostile takeover bid from Briscoe Group — proof that a strong brand is itself a commercial defence. As Group Creative Partner at The BIMM Group, Nicola worked alongside Anthony McDonough and Christopher Glebatsas to translate commercially strong ideas into distinctive consumer brands, leading the creative direction of Unlabelled's bold, inclusive launch campaign. As Creative Director of TNBG, Nicola leads the creative vision of its growing brand portfolio, from identity and packaging through to retail activation and campaigns. Her combination of global agency experience and hands-on entrepreneurial brand-building gives TNBG an embedded, world-class creative capability.
